Chiropractic care is commonly used for a variety of musculoskeletal conditions involving the spine, joints, muscles, and movement. Depending on your individual condition, chiropractic care may be part of a treatment plan for:
Care focused on improving joint mobility, reducing stiffness, and addressing movement or muscular factors that may be contributing to back and neck pain.
Certain headaches, particularly those associated with neck tension or joint dysfunction, may respond to treatment directed at the neck, upper back, and surrounding muscles.
Chiropractic care can address restricted or uncomfortable joints throughout the body, including the spine, shoulders, hips, knees, ankles, elbows, and wrists.
Treatment can help address joint and movement limitations associated with training, sports, exercise, and other physical activities.
Improving joint motion and addressing surrounding muscle and movement restrictions may help you move more comfortably and efficiently.
Chiropractic care may be combined with soft tissue treatment, dry needling, mobility work, and rehabilitation when muscle tension or other soft-tissue factors are contributing to the problem.
While chiropractic care is commonly associated with back and neck pain, your body doesn’t move as a collection of separate parts.
At Homegrown Chiropractic, we evaluate the entire musculoskeletal system when it’s relevant to your condition. That may include the shoulders, hips, knees, ankles, feet, elbows, and wrists—not just the spine.
By understanding how different areas of the body work together, we can build a more complete treatment plan focused on improving movement, function, and your ability to stay active.

Chiropractors diagnose and treat musculoskeletal conditions involving the spine, joints, muscles, and movement. Chiropractic adjustments are commonly used to improve joint motion and function, but treatment may also include soft tissue techniques, mobility work, exercise, and rehabilitation.
At Homegrown Chiropractic, we take a whole-body approach and look beyond the area that hurts to understand what may be contributing to the problem.
Chiropractic care is commonly used for back pain, neck pain, joint pain and stiffness, certain types of headaches, sciatica, sports and activity-related injuries, muscle tension, and mobility limitations.
At Homegrown, we also evaluate and treat musculoskeletal problems involving the shoulders, hips, knees, ankles, feet, elbows, and wrists when appropriate.
Your first visit starts with a conversation about what brought you in, your health history, your symptoms, and what you want to get back to doing. We’ll then perform an examination based on your individual needs, which may include evaluating joint mobility, range of motion, strength, posture, and movement.
We’ll explain what we find, answer your questions, and recommend a treatment plan based on your condition and goals.
Yes. Homegrown Chiropractic offers digital X-rays conveniently in our Fargo office when imaging is appropriate. X-rays can provide additional information about the spine, joints, and surrounding structures and may help us better understand your condition and determine the most appropriate approach to care.
When indicated, imaging can be completed as part of your evaluation without requiring a separate trip to another facility.
There is no one-size-fits-all treatment schedule. The number and frequency of visits depend on your condition, how long you’ve been dealing with it, your examination findings, activity level, goals, and how you respond to care.
At Homegrown Chiropractic, we don’t believe every patient needs the same treatment—or the same number of visits. Your care should have a purpose, and your treatment plan can change as you progress.
Yes. While back and neck pain are common reasons people see a chiropractor, Homegrown Chiropractic takes a whole-body approach to musculoskeletal care.
Depending on your condition, we may evaluate and treat the shoulders, hips, knees, ankles, feet, elbows, and wrists in addition to the spine. Treatment may also incorporate dry needling, soft tissue techniques, mobility work, corrective exercise, and rehabilitation when appropriate.
