We’ll start by understanding your symptoms, how they began, which movements bother you, and what activities you’re having difficulty performing. We’ll then evaluate your shoulder along with other relevant areas, which may include your neck and upper back, as well as joint mobility, range of motion, strength, and movement patterns.
Your individualized treatment plan may include chiropractic care, dry needling, soft tissue treatment, mobility work, corrective exercise, or progressive rehabilitation based on your condition, examination findings, and goals. As you improve, care can progress toward restoring strength, movement, and confidence so you can safely return to the activities that matter to you.
