We’ll start by understanding where you’re experiencing symptoms, how they began, what makes them better or worse, and whether you’re experiencing pain, numbness, tingling, or other changes. We’ll then perform an examination based on your symptoms, which may include evaluating your lower back and hips, joint mobility, range of motion, strength, movement, and neurological function.
Your individualized treatment plan may include chiropractic care, dry needling, soft tissue treatment, mobility work, corrective exercise, or progressive rehabilitation based on your condition, examination findings, and goals. As your symptoms improve, care can progress toward restoring strength, movement, and confidence so you can safely return to the activities that matter to you.
