We’ll start by understanding your symptoms, how they began, which movements bother you, and what activities you’re having difficulty performing. We’ll then evaluate the affected area along with other relevant joints and movements, which may include your hips, knees, ankles, and lower back, as well as joint mobility, range of motion, strength, and movement patterns.
Your individualized treatment plan may include chiropractic care, dry needling, soft tissue treatment, mobility work, corrective exercise, or progressive rehabilitation based on your examination findings and goals. As you improve, care can progress toward restoring strength, movement, and confidence so you can safely return to the activities that matter to you.
